All done with the Department of Corrections approval. Lyngstad was on probation four times yet continued to commit crimes. The head of Probation office in Yankton was quietly retired. On probation for assault, did another assault and the probation office did nothing.

Judgment against daughter vacated. Below is how last December she applied on line to First Premier Bank for a credit card using her daughter’s name, fake social security number and birth date. Gilbertson does not want to hear about it and no State Judge is to listen about id theft, a series of Federal Felonies! He has given her a license to steal! Lyngstad has a felony conviction for no account checks, identity theft and 2 assault convictions but never incarcerated. Served 10 days in jail for second driving while intoxicated. One more arrest for assault but dismissed. Too many more crimes too list.
By the green highlight on the icon on the right, the document was reported stolen when it was overdrawn. She had no intention of paying the credit card anyway. April the account was forgiven so free money as banks rarely ask for prosecution. The DCI and Child Protection were given documents and law in regards to child abuse, identity theft, fraud,obstruction, prosecutors letter that he knew of id theft among other documents.
Little do these businesses know the Sheriff and Court knew about id theft long before they got taken. States Attorney approves of id theft obviously based on his letter. She has taken advantage of it as shown by the sheriff’s report and First Premiers letter below. Businesses get taken by id thieves as the State looks on and condones id theft and theft.

December 30 2009 Amy Lyngstad filled out an on line application for a credit card at First Premier Bank in Sioux Falls South Dakota using her daughter’s name with fake information. Yet another fake social security number and birth date! Lyngstad used a real Massachusetts Social Security number.

A brief history in the long identity theft career of a felon. First you forge your soon to be ex-husbands name, and social security number for a credit card application. No prosecution for what is on this page. Note how the signatures are all the same, that in fact it is all the same handwriting by the same person. That she was using her daughter’s identity in 2008 is on record. Other posts on this site show sheriff”s report on id theft which the Courts and Social Services ignore. NOTE:Wagner is exactly the same hand writing.
Spurred by her success she started passing bad checks using fake social security numbers by simply altering her own social security number by a digit or two.
Used her daughter’s identity to get internet services. Used a fake name and other information as a minor could not have entered into a contract. On file at the Yankton Clerk of Courts.
Crofton Bank letter Yankton authorities did nothing about all the social secuirity numbers she used or the no account checks she wrote.
A taste of the 1000 plus bad checks she passed.
